📋 Description
• Develop and implement full-stack features, with a primary focus on data architecture and backend/system design.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and accessible product experiences.
• Continuously analyze and improve product success metrics and workflows to optimize user satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements
• A mid-career software engineer, with strong backend skills, looking to advance over time to team leadership
• Able to independently identify and solve complex problems, recognizing when to seek assistance to maintain progress and efficiency
• Excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing company
• Experience in a typed language (we use C#/.NET but are open to analogous experience)
• Nice to Have
• Experience in healthcare or other privacy-centric verticals
• Exposure to relational databases, .NET, event-driven architecture, and modern frontend frameworks (primarily React)
• Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for maintainability and security
