📋 Description
• About Intus Care - Intus Care is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs.
• Role Overview - As a Senior Software Engineer at Intus, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and scaling our next-generation Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform for PACE.
• Key Responsibilities - Architect & Build - Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and intuitive front-end interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS and MongoDB
• Technical Leadership - Set best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system design. Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews
• Collaboration - Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Performance & Reliability - Optimize system performance, ensure high availability, and implement observability and monitoring practices
• Innovation - Identify and champion new technologies and approaches to improve our product and engineering processes leveraging AI
• Agile Development - Actively contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Documentation - Author clear technical documentation, API specs, and architectural diagrams to support team knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements
• Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building scalable and efficient solutions
• Ability to effectively collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of features and projects from ideation to delivery
• Deep understanding of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and software observability
• Experience in ensuring system reliability and performance optimization through modern development practices
