📋 Description
• Design and evolve scalable, maintainable software architectures using system thinking principles
• Understand business needs into technical solutions emphasizing speed and simplicity
• Own features end-to-end — from ideation and design to deployment, ongoing maintenance, documentation and sharing
• Build clean, efficient, high-quality solutions and set the bar for engineering best practices
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring systems
• Debug complex issues across the stack and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
• Integrate and leverage AI frameworks to accelerate development and enhance product functionality
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and reliability strategies for mission-critical systems

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software or data engineering
• At least 2 years of experience within the healthcare technology domain
• Proficiency in one or more of Python, Go, or Typescript/Node.js
• Strong expertise in engineering practices, including CI/CD, observability, and cloud platforms
• Design and evolve data systems that enable insight, scalability, and reliable data flows
• Proficient in SQL, data warehouse technologies (Snowflake or simlar), and data pipeline tech (DBT etc)
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, or comparable cloud platforms
• Proven track record of rapidly delivering greenfield projects from concept to deployment
• Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Exposure and familiarity with AI technologies and a background in experimenting with or developing AI-powered products and tools
