📋 Description
• Bridgeway is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment, collaborating with engineers as well as our professional services team.
• Focus on maintaining several critical applications and balancing speed and quality during the development lifecycle.
• Maintain and update major application sub systems using C++, .NET, and related technologies.
• Assess requirements for software development projects and provide support and research for existing and new software.
• Investigate, recommend, and implement new technology and solutions and adhere to technical standards.
• Participate in multiple concurrent projects including product enhancements, client customizations, third party integrations, and product maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and operations teams to define and execute plans for standardization, scaling and enhancements.
• Maintain SCRUM methodology, document user stories and utilization of Azure DevOps for task management.
• Advocate for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years’ professional software engineering experience in full .NET framework, .NET 8, C++14, Object Oriented Methodologies, Web Services and frontend web technologies (Angular, HTML, JavaScript preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in application design, implementation, maintenance, diagnosing and issue resolution, managing security, etc.
• Experience with Visual Studio required
• Experience with Azure, DevOps - CI/CD, containerization, Firebird preferred
• Experience developing in a large-scale or multi-platform environment preferred
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodology
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
