📋 Description
• Lead the development of our React Native apps for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable, fast, and engaging mobile experiences.
• Help define best practices, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical decisions.
• Build new experiences that delight customers.
• Improve the codebase by finding opportunities for performance optimization.
• Guide the development team through collaboration, peer reviews, and mentoring.
• Partner with product, design, and QA teams to create solutions to complex problems.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and reliability.
• Work with web teams to ensure a consistent experience across devices.
• Contribute to architecture and long-term technical strategy.

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in React Native.
• Strong customer focus; experience working on an enterprise, customer-facing application.
• Strong understanding of mobile app performance, debugging, and optimization.
• Solid background integrating APIs, SDKs, and third-party services.
• Experience debugging native issues in iOS / android.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in common engineering tools and services, such as version control, package management, and CI/CD pipelines.
