📋 Description
• DTEX is seeking a talented and skilled Software Engineer focused on developing systems software and applications on Linux platforms
• Design, develop, test, document and maintain software modules running on Linux platforms
• Work with other teams to develop new features and integrations between the various software components that comprise of the DTEX solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrations and product enhancements
• Participate in performance tracing, debugging, and troubleshooting in Linux environments

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related Eng or Science fields
• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles
• Strong skills with developing low level systems software on Linux platforms
• Very good knowledge of Linux platform architecture and internals
• Very good knowledge of Linux administration skills
• Strong skills in C, C++, and Linux Shell scripting
• Knowledge of STL, containers, iterators, and other mainstream C++ language facilities
• Knowledge of general OS internals such as kernel mode and user mode, device drivers, filesystems, networking concepts, process and application management, security and access control
• Experience with performance tracing and measurement is beneficial (SystemTap, eBPF, kprobes, tracepoints, etc.)
• Knowledge of developing device drivers and kernel modules
• Knowledge of databases, cryptography, and troubleshooting in a Linux environment
• Knowledge of Linux package management tools and concepts
• Familiarity with modern tools and workflows (g++, gnu make, git, Jira, etc.)
