📋 Description
• Build and improve an all-in-one referral platform for B2B SaaS powering referrals, sharing & recommendations
• Work on frontend widgets, high-performance APIs, full customer portal, attribution models and recommendation engines
• Scale systems to handle millions of events and integrate with customer apps
• Work directly with stakeholders—no ticket factory; build new features and improve existing systems
• Influence architecture and product direction and collaborate with an experienced founding team

🎯 Requirements
• Good communication skills and a friendly, collaborative attitude
• Good English skills (written & spoken)
• Know when “good enough” is right — and when to invest in quality
• Solid experience with React or similar, NestJS/Python or similar, and AWS
• Comfortable debugging complex problems
• Contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, shape solutions
• Use AI tools wisely but don’t depend on them
• Nice-to-haves: Experience with mobile development (React Native, Flutter, etc.)
• Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with data warehousing/analytics (Snowflake, ClickHouse, or similar)
