Speed matters, and we move with focus and intent•Projects you might work on•Multi-agent architecture - Build and refine how multiple agents collaborate to solve complex workflows•Evals Engine - Provide users with a powerful toolkit to quickly bring automations to production-grade reliability•Feedback-driven learning - Capture user fixes in real time and teach agents to improve themselves automatically on the next run•Authentication - Build seamless login and 2FA flows that let agents capture a session once and securely reuse it throughout the platform

🎯 Requirements
Have 3+ years of software engineering experience at a fast-paced startup, mostly in TypeScript and React•Have been coding outside of work for 5+ years, through side projects, open source, and more recently, AI•Have a strong bias towards action, a willingness to do whatever it takes, and embody show > tell•Have a strong sense of agency, effectively prioritizing and unblocking yourself without much outside input.•Studied Computer Science (or related field), or dropped out to build stuff
