📋 Description
• Senior engineer on a 5-person dev team adding features to the ExamDeveloper web app using C# and Angular
• Partner with Product Manager, Architect, Project Manager, and Business Analyst to deliver product vision
• Develop new features and implement technical work
• Fix defects reported by QA or users
• Create unit tests to verify code correctness
• Create technical designs and make technical decisions in partnership with the Architect
• Enforce high standards of software development to achieve quality
• Coach other team members to help them grow
• Participate in release deployment activities and a rotating on-call escalation system
• Work with .NET backend, Angular frontend, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and Microsoft SQL Server

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years work experience as a software developer
• 2+ years experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks (like React, Svelte, etc)
• 2+ years experience with C# or similar back-end languages
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent technology discipline
• Experience with .NET, C#, Angular, Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with containerized services, Kubernetes, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Relational database knowledge
• DevOps workflows related to cloud-based development and deployment
• Experience in an Agile software development environment
• Demonstrated technical leadership and coaching ability
• Clear communication skills to various types of audiences
• History of continuous improvement
• Willingness to participate in release deployment activities and a rotating on-call escalation system
• Ability to work during most of Central USA's normal business hours
