📋 Description
• As a Senior Software Engineer in the Cloud Native Structured Storage team, you will help design, build, and evolve cloud-native data storage solutions for RelativityOne.
• You’ll work hands-on with technologies such as CosmosDB, ADLS, Azure Parquet, and explore emerging platforms like Snowflake, CockroachDB, and TiDB to enable scalable, high-performance structured storage patterns.
• Your contributions will power mission-critical systems across the platform, improve developer velocity, and enhance customer experience through efficient data access and reliability.
• You will join the Infrastructure Services group, which is organized into specialized teams focused on core platform capabilities like compute, networking, and storage.
• Within this group, the Structured Storage team is responsible for the evolution of enterprise-grade, cost-efficient, and developer-friendly storage capabilities.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, SREs, and product teams, you will contribute to modernizing Relativity’s data architecture and advancing the platform’s transformation into a fully cloud-native system.

🎯 Requirements
• 5 + years of professional experience in backend or platform software engineering
• 3 + years working with cloud-native technologies in Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Practical experience with one or more cloud-native structured storage solutions (e.g., CosmosDB , ADLS, Snowflake, or similar)
• Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python)
• Solid understanding of database fundamentals, data modeling, and distributed systems principles
• Experience with structured storage formats and systems such as Parquet, Delta Lake, or columnar data stores
• Familiarity with distributed SQL or NewSQL databases (e.g., CockroachDB , TiDB , Fauna)
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Experience working on systems that operate at scale in regulated or mission-critical environments
• Contributions to platform-level or multi-team architectural efforts
• Experience supporting production systems and participating in incident resolution
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
