📋 Description
Senior Software Engineer - Developer Experience and Automation. Build shared internal libraries, tools, and processes to enable teams to build, test, preview, deploy, and operate systems.
Collaborate with teams across CVS to influence front-end direction and enhance application development serving millions.
Lead prototyping and experimentation with generative models, optimize and scale to production; build, optimize, fine-tune Generative AI/LLM models.
Develop APIs, CLI tools, automation tools, use ML algorithms, test, preview, deploy; write clear, concise, clean code (mostly Python).
Advocate for best practices: test coverage, clean code, security; mentor and train junior engineers; act as technical leader and participate in design and architecture.
Stay aligned with cloud-native and MLOps; experiment and learn technologies like NumPy, sci-kit, microservices architecture.

🎯 Requirements
5+ years of overall experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Experience setting up and optimizing efficient data stores (RDBMS/NoSQL) for production use in the ML app context.
3+ years of overall backend development experience on enterprise-class applications.
3+ years partnering with architecture, product, and program management teams to influence product development decisions.
Prompt engineering: Ability to build and craft prompts that evoke desired responses from LLMs.
3+ years of experience working on projects using mature CI/CD practices, source control such as Git, and automated testing.
2+ years of experience working with large public cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
Experience leading teams that follow a Scrum/Agile development methodology.
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
