📋 Description
• Design and develop enterprise healthcare software, ensuring project delivery, code quality, and system performance.
• Hands-on software development, testing and code reviews; support application and cloud back-end.
• Collaborate across teams, prepare technical documentation, and mentor junior developers.

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including a minimum of 3 years specializing in Service/Health Cloud declarative customization
• 5+ years of Salesforce Service/Health Cloud development experience, with demonstrated knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Service/Health Cloud data model
• 3+ years of experience using GIT-based source control systems and CI/CD tools such as AutoRabbit or Copado
• 3+ years working within healthcare, insurance, or payer organizations, with direct involvement in projects supporting patient engagement systems
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Rally
• Experience with MuleSoft or other ETL/Middleware tools.
