Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and mentor less-experienced team membersPassion for continuous improvement, creative problem-solving, and staying current with emerging technologies and trendsWhat the job involvesAs a Senior Engineer of Platform at Kantata, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing the overall architecture of our platformYou’ll ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and secure, while driving innovation and continuous improvementYou’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and help shape the future of our cloud-based solutionsDesign and implement the overall architecture of the platform, including technology stack selection, infrastructure planning, and system component integrationDevelop and maintain core systems and services, such as APIs, data storage solutions, and messaging systems, ensuring reliability and maintainabilityOptimize system performance for high availability and low latency. Ensure the platform can scale to meet growing business demandsManage and maintain underlying infrastructure, including servers, databases, and network systems, both on-premises and in the cloudDesign and implement cloud-based systems. Lead migration of existing systems to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Ensure the platform meets security and compliance requirements, including data encryption, access controls, and auditingCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to drive platform development and adoption.
