As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Network Services Engineer who is excited to tackle unique challenges, collaborate with an expert team, and continuously expand their technical knowledge.You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team of skilled engineers, providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex network issues, and delivering outstanding service to thousands of customers – each with their own unique setup.What You’ll Be Doing:As a level 3 support engineer, you’ll serve as a key escalation point for challenging tickets passed from Level 2 and troubleshoot high-level issues that impact our customer’s networks.
