📋 Description
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend developers
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, product managers, UX designers, QA specialists, and backend teams
• Implement scalable frontend solutions using React and Next.js
• Champion advanced React patterns and drive adoption of React best practices
• Integrate with Salesforce Commerce Cloud using OCAPI and SCAPI in an API-first approach
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsive design across digital touchpoints
• Establish development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and testing strategies
• Monitor and optimize delivery to improve cycle time, reduce time-to-market, and minimize regressions

🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (OCAPI/SCAPI), particularly headless implementations
• Strong understanding of composable commerce architecture and API-first development
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with performance optimization and web vitals preferred
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices preferred
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and team development skills
• Related certifications or coursework preferred
