Your next big opportunity starts here!Role: Machine Learning EngineerExperience Level: 8+ YearsWork Location: USA - RemoteRoles and Responsibilities:● Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise software solutions using Python.● Provision and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).● Collaborate with cross-functional teams across diverse and complex projects.● Build, optimize, and maintain data-driven software platforms to support business objectives.● Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for development and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions.● Integrate and utilize GCP Vertex AI for advanced model training, deployment, and monitoring (preferred).● Apply generative AI techniques and Agentic workflows to deliver measurable business value.● Contribute to the architecture and development of intelligent and autonomous systems.● Ensure software quality, scalability, and performance through testing and continuous integration.Required Skills and Qualifications:● Experience: 8+ years of enterprise software development, with proven expertise in Python.● Cloud & IaC: 3+ years of experience provisioning cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).● Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).● Machine Learning Expertise:○ Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.○ Strong foundation in ML algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and NLP.○ Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit learn.● Bonus Experience:○ Experience with GCP Vertex AI.○ Experience building and scaling software platforms.○ Experience implementing genAI and Agentic workflows.● Soft Skills:○ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.○ Strong communication and collaboration skills.○ Passion for building intelligent, autonomous, and high-impact systems.What is in it for you:● Be part of the fastest-growing AI-first digital transformation and engineering company in the world● Be a leader of an energetic team of highly dynamic and talented individuals● Exposure to working with fortune 500 companies and innovative market disruptors● Exposure to the latest technologies related to artificial intelligence and machine learning, data and cloudIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
