📋 Description
•UserEvidence is a SaaS platform that unlocks stories from happy customers and automatically creates a library of beautiful content assets.
•We're looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer with strong experience in Node.js (Express) and React to take on a hands-on leadership role.
•You'll play a key part in shaping our backend services, improving code quality, and delivering new features across our product roadmap.
•Serve as the technical lead on the project, collaborating closely with product and design
•Own and evolve our Express.js backend, improving architecture and best practices
•Help increase automated test coverage across the codebase
•Contribute to the React frontend and ensure cohesive end-to-end functionality
•Lead by example: write clean, maintainable code and perform thoughtful code reviews
•Mentor junior developers, helping them grow their skills and confidence
•Contribute to sprint planning, architecture decisions, and roadmap execution

🎯 Requirements
•5+ years of professional JavaScript experience
•Strong expertise in Node.js / Express
•Solid experience with React on the frontend
•Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
•A track record of technical leadership and mentoring developers
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
•Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
