This position is perfect for someone who thrives with autonomy, values flexibility, communicates proactively, and is excited to build a product within a stable, well-supported startup environment.In the Senior Fullstack Engineer role at Mangomint you will:Own major technical decisions across the stack, including architecture, frameworks, and infrastructure, while remaining a hands-on contributorTake projects from idea to production quickly, supporting fast iteration as we expand nationally and work toward product-market fitWork in short, focused cycles that prioritize learning and experimentation, contributing ideas that help shape the product as it evolvesTake ownership of the features you build, from planning and implementation to monitoring and refinementPartner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and DevOps to bring new ideas to life and move quickly in a fast-learning environmentTechnologies You Will Work WithFrontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/uiBackend: Node, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQLInfra: Supabase, Vercel, Algolia, PipedreamTooling & Testing: Docker, Playwright, SentryWhile experience with our exact stack is helpful, we care more about your engineering skills and your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.What We’re Looking For5+ years of professional experience in web developmentExpertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep experience in modern SPA frameworks such as React, Next.js (preferred), or Vue.jsEntrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and taking ownership of outcomesExcellent communication and collaboration skills.
