You’re comfortable iterating quickly to ship MVPs, and know how to make data-driven decisions. • You’ve collaborated closely with a Product team, helping to shape early ideas. You’ve taken projects from a loosely scoped idea to a fully realized feature. • You have strong experience with web development. You’ve built single-page applications in stacks similar to ours: Vue.js/TypeScript, FastAPI/Python, and Postgres. • You’ve developed and deployed machine learning or LLM-powered features in production, and you apply strong software engineering fundamentals to ensure their reliability, safety, and maintainability. • You have comfort using an observability stack to monitor features once they hit production, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
