📋 Description
• Offshore Launch is a staffing agency that hires remote talent to serve client companies; employees are provided by the agency
• Senior Full-Stack Developer serving as the right-hand technical partner to the founder of a donor-management and fundraising SaaS
• Develop new features and functionality across the Microsoft stack (C#, MVC, SQL, Azure)
• Maintain, debug, and improve existing codebase with a strong eye toward stability and performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and production bugs as needed (development-heavy role, not frontline support)
• Collaborate directly with the founder on product priorities and architecture
• Assist with occasional UI tasks using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback

🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment
• Strong command of the Microsoft stack: C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Azure
• Comfortable with front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Able to independently investigate bugs across both application logic and database layers
• Strong communication and written English — able to ask clarifying questions and document logic
• Comfortable working closely with a founder/CTO in a startup-style environment
• Bonus: Experience working with small teams or startups
• Bonus: Previous exposure to support ticket systems or L2/L3 troubleshooting

• $2,500 to $3,100/mo salary, depending on experience
