This includes the core reporting experience, new provider integrations and onboarding/billing. The team is fast paced and is constantly shipping to production.What You Will Do:Work directly with our founders and collaborate on feature discovery, ideation and delivery.Write clean, testable, peer-reviewed codeDrive technical architecture decisions to set the groundwork as Vantage scales into the futureOwn end-to-end feature development - including measuring and reporting on customer impactJoin Design and Product on customer calls to understand user needsWhat We're Looking For:A product-oriented engineer with a passion for listening to and delighting customersStrong technical background, including 5+ years of experience working on full stack codebasesPrefer simple solutions and designs over complex ones, and have a good intuition for what will last and scale.Expertise in Ruby on Rails or PythonSoftware design experience with architectures that have scaled from the simple to the complexSomeone excited to make progress and hold a high degree of responsibility.A kind personBonus Points:Monitoring and observability expertiseExperience building and deploying to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)Relevant Data Visualization / financial product experienceOur Tech Stack:Ruby on Rails (7.x)TemporalServerless TypescriptLarge scale data pipelines and storageClickhouseDockerTerraformAll of the usual AWS servicesPay & BenefitsThe estimated annual US base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $210,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
