📋 Description

• In this fully remote role, you will be a key early member of the Silvr engineering team, leading security and cloud functionality.
• You will work closely with the Director of Engineer and Computer Vision Engineering team to ensure Silvr’s model and eCommerce platform work together seamlessly.
• You will work directly with both founders to build and contribute to the company-wide vision and future technology.

🎯 Requirements
• Build related product functionality in a AWS or GCP cloud-native server-less environment.
• Design experience in developing AWS or GCP native cloud applications.
• Development experience in AWS Serverless architecture using services like AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3 buckets and SQS.
• Development experience in other cloud technologies like Linode/Akamai cloud or being able to stand up and optimize any cloud solution without handholding.
• Experience with Typescript and ES6 standards.
• Ability to implement scalable RESTful API’s interfacing with multiple external system(s)
• Knowledge in building scalable Web applications using technologies or frameworks like ReactJS, TypeScript, JSP, NodeJS, SQL, PHP & Java. (ReactJS + TypeScript and one backend language experience is a must)
• Knowledge in building and maintaining NoSQL DBs like MongoDB and Cassandra.
• Familiarity with secure design and coding in a scrum/kanban based agile framework.
• Experience with token-based authentication and authorization concept along with ability to integrate with 3rd party Identity access systems or 3 party services (e.g. Okta or microservices).
• Familiarity with RDBMS data stores specifically AWS Arora RDS, MariaDB native.
• Working experience with AWS CDK for defining cloud infrastructure in code and provisioning it through AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject with 10+ years of experience
• Ability to perform software architecture functions along with demonstrated experience of delivery software systems on aggressive schedules with quality and on schedule
