🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of frontend development experience with demonstrable impact and ownership.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and the broader modern frontend ecosystem.
• Proven experience architecting and scaling complex frontend systems across multiple domains or products.
• Strong grasp of performance optimization techniques, state management strategies, and responsive design principles.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers.
• Strong DevOps mindset—familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring tools, error tracking, and automated testing.
• Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments and navigating trade-offs in a fast-paced, evolving space.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of cross-functional alignment.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies or strong motivation to gain expertise in the domain.
• Experience with Web3 development: wallet integrations, dApp UX, or smart contract UIs.
• Exposure to protocol staking mechanics, validator flows, or DeFi primitives.
• Familiarity with SSR frameworks (e.g., Next.js), GraphQL, or modern API paradigms.
• Understanding of containerized and cloud-native frontend deployment patterns.
• Passion for UX craft and accessibility; ability to partner effectively with UI/UX designers.
