📋 Description
• Own front-end architecture, design systems, and web experiences for providers and patients.
• Push React, TypeScript, and GraphQL to craft interfaces that scale to millions of users and API calls.
• Architect, implement, and polish front-end experiences; build reusable components and design systems.
• Lead frontend initiatives, mentor engineers, and establish best practices.
• Obsess over performance, accessibility, pixel alignment, and motion curves.
• Collaborate with design, product, and back-end teams to deliver experiences, not just features.

🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years building and shipping large-scale front-end applications with React, TypeScript, GraphQL.
• Deep expertise in state management, component architecture, and scalable design systems.
• Strong focus on performance and accessibility; test coverage with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright.
• Leadership: lead initiatives, mentor engineers, establish best practices.
• Detail-oriented: care about polish from load times to motion curves.
• U.S. work authorization required; Healthie does not provide sponsorship.
