📋 Description
• Join UI Engineering team to build frontend solutions and tooling across the company
• Shape and elevate Cint’s Measurement, Survey Platform, and Design System experiences
• Craft high-quality, scalable user interfaces for core research products
• Partner with UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver user-centric experiences
• Own implementation of medium and large features from concept to delivery
• Contribute to design discussions and code reviews, and advocate frontend best practices
• Monitor and optimize application performance and continuously refactor existing codebases for reliability and efficiency

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of software engineering experience building web applications.
• Highly proficient in Next.js 14+ (App Router)
• Expertise in data caching strategies and performance optimization
• Proficiency in SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR
• Proven expertise in TypeScript with comprehensive typing
• Experience breaking down product documents into feature epics and user stories
• Experience with CSS and Tailwind, and in working with Figma and internal design systems
• Experience writing unit and integration tests, including API mocks
• Strong communication skills
