In this role, you’ll build fast, accessible, and visually engaging applications at scale, lead major feature development and technical refactors, and own the evolution of our component design system. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams while mentoring engineers and setting frontend standards, tooling, and best practices.Location: This position is based in our Lake Mary, FL office as part of a hybrid working arrangement; you will be expected onsite three (3) days per weekWhat you'll be doingCreate fast, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces at scaleContribute to feature development and technical improvementsSupport application performance tuning and optimizationMaintain and enhance our component design system library in partnership with Product and DesignGuide and support mid-level and junior frontend engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharingHelp establish frontend standards, tooling, and best practicesWork closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver cohesive user experiencesWhat we’re looking for8+ years of professional frontend engineering experienceStrong proficiency in modern React and TypeScriptExperience with state management patternsDemonstrated experience delivering high-quality, complex user interfaces at scaleAttention to design details, animation, and motionExperience contributing to or scaling a design system or component librarySkills in performance profiling and optimizationSolid understanding of modern bundlersExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience integrating and customizing UI charting libraries and third-party SDKs/APIsPreferred qualificationsContributions to open-source UI libraries or toolsBackground in design or strong collaboration history with designersExperience building editor tools, dashboards, or data-intensive applicationsHow to applyIf you are interested in this role, then we’d love to hear from you.
