An overview of this role Join GitLab's ASPM team and build next-generation security interfaces from scratch. You'll create intuitive user experiences for enterprise security tools, working with a collaborative team of 7 engineers, 1 PM, and 1 UX designer across the US, Israel, and India. Shape how thousands of organizations visualize and manage their security posture through high-impact greenfield projects including assets inventory dashboards, labelling interfaces, and unified configuration UI. You can see more about the products here - GitLab Security Solutions What You'll Do Build modern ASPM interface and integrate with a Ruby on Rails backend Create responsive dashboards for enterprise security data visualization Develop greenfield frontend solutions for assets inventory and configuration UI Collaborate with UX designers and cross-functional teams Work in feature-specific squads to maximize impact Shape GitLab's security platform user experience What You'll Bring Strong Vue.js or React experience Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL Advanced CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design skills Strong problem-solving abilities for complex UI challenges Track record of delivering user-friendly interfaces Passion for building enterprise security experiences About the team Our ASPM team builds innovative security user experiences that help enterprises manage their security posture. We're actively growing with multiple open positions, organizing into feature-specific squads for maximum impact. You'll work on greenfield frontend development, creating new interfaces rather than maintaining legacy systems, with close collaboration between our PM and UX designer.
