📋 Description
• Automate the deployment, monitoring, and testing processes for blockchain node infrastructure.
• Work with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, including managed control planes.
• Collaborate with software teams to ensure smooth operations and support production releases.
• Shape the team's technical vision by integrating industry best practices with forward-thinking solutions.
• Ensure data security through compliance with standards such as SOC2.
• Support recruitment, training, and mentorship of other engineers.
• Participate in and support the on-call rotation to ensure uptime and operational success.

🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of senior-level DevOps experience, ideally with a strong background in systems administration and bare metal environments.
• Proficiency in Go or similar languages.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and monitoring tools such as DataDog.
• Prior infrastructure and product experience in Web3
• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies, including DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, and related tools.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud environments.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• This is a 100% Remote position based in North America (preferably East Coast hours)
