Senior Devops Engineer

The Role

We are searching for a Senior DevOps Engineer with a passion for innovation and the ability to revolutionize healthcare for patients in need. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own the infrastructure that supports our patients, providers, and employees. You will help us establish pipelines and workflows that support our development team, empowering them to deliver applications and infrastructure autonomously. You have in-depth experience in AWS (or equivalent cloud provider). You have built out cloud infrastructure that is scalable, secure, and cost-effective. 

This role has a unique opportunity to establish infrastructure best practices in a growing company that has a lot of greenfield development. You will work closely with our technology and development teams to establish best-in-class habits related to our infrastructure, initially focused on building pipelines to automate our build and deploy processes. Ideally, you will have experience working with DataDog, GitHub, PagerDuty, and {anything else}. You excel at breaking down requirements and defining clear solutions and timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences with varying degrees of technical expertise ensures alignment across stakeholders and engineers.

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain our AWS infrastructure securely and efficiently
Work with our engineering teams building deployment pipelines to integrate testing, scanning, build, and deploy functionalities for secure APIs, web applications, and mobile applications.
Configure monitoring and alerting systems to proactively monitor our systems.
Respond to production issues 
Optimize our AWS infrastructure to ensure Oshi is utilizing our resources in the best way possible
Collaborate with Technology and Product leadership estimate infrastructure effort through various stages of product conception
Promote a test-first environment where quality gates ensure only the most stable code gets deployed to production
Recurring on-call shifts supporting the operations of the care coordination and clinical teams to ensure the platform is running smoothly
Collaborate with our Security Team for changes, monitoring and implementations
Who you are:

Minimum of 4 years of devops experience.
Carry one or more AWS
