Join us!About the roleAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our infrastructure team, managing and maintaining our financial services platform built on a 24x7, highly available architecture. We are critical infrastructure for our customers, so your work matters to our business. We value simplicity over complexity - both in design and communication.  We're seeking a candidate with a strong DevOps mentality and is passionate about building elegant, cloud-native, fully automated solutions with security in mind.What you'll doBuild, enhance, and support service solutions and infrastructure from conception to executionManage and improve AWS, Windows, and Linux systems uptime and performanceResponsible for Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, GitHub Actions, JFrog ArtifactoryBuild and run production environments in AWS using Infrastructure as code methodsOrchestrate environment development using Kubernetes, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation, leading key initiatives and improvementsBuild & Deploy CI pipeline automation to a combination of Kubernetes/Docker and EC2-based systems in AWS.Work closely with System Architects, Engineers, Product Managers, and SRE to meet their environment setup and service automation needs.Develop a process to make DevOps a part of the engineering development, service deployment, and operations lifecycle (SDLC)Identify and implement key monitoring and analytics for DriveWealth solutions and services, especially for greenfield projects and initiatives.Lead and mentor junior DevOps / SRE Engineers and guides the team to industry and company standardsWhat you'll needExpert in system build configuration and deployment automationExpert in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Expert in container and fleet management: Docker, Kubernetes, and/or RancherExperience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)5+ years of experience in Linux5+ years of experience building and maintaining a SaaS platformExperience with AWS: VPC, EC2, RDS, CloudFormation, TerraformMust be passionate about automationExperience with project management and trackingBackground in software application-driven development roles with a knowledge of software data structures and design patternsMastered scripting skills in one of Ruby/Bash/PythonBuild and release automation tools: GitHub Actions, GIT, Kubernetes – ArgoCD a plusExperience with RedHat OpenShiftProduction system integration, log collection and analysis build, and performance monitoring/tuning.Design and implement availability, security, and performance monitoringApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. DriveWealth is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.CompensationCompensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role.
