📋 Description
• As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of the data infrastructure supporting analytics, marketing, and AI teams.
• You’ll ensure that clean, accessible data flows across the organization to support smarter user acquisition, retention strategies, and game optimization.
• This is a collaborative, high-impact role focused on scalability, automation, and actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
• Ensure high-quality marketing and game data to optimize player acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, product, engineering, AI) to deliver self-service analytics solutions.
• Develop tooling and processes that empower teams to make fast, data-informed decisions.
• Continuously improve data accessibility and integrity across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with large-scale distributed data systems (e.g., Spark, Flink)
• Advanced SQL and Python skills
• Experience with modern data platforms and cloud tools (e.g., Databricks, AWS)
• Solid understanding of ELT/ETL processes and orchestration tools like Airflow or Beam
• Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Braze, AppsFlyer)
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment
• Bonus Experience (Not Required)
• Background in mobile or live-service games
• Experience with backend development (C# preferred)
• Familiarity with recommendation engines or live player data systems
• Knowledge of NoSQL or operational databases (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB)
