• We’ve already launched our pharmacy service that allows people to shop for their pets’ medications and supplements online.
• Now we’re focused on continuing to improve that experience while building a suite of new products and services that will make the pet health experience even better.
• We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Insights and Analytics team.
• In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, and other analytical tools to build data solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
• You’ll design and develop dashboards and visualizations that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• With a strong understanding of business needs, you’ll create data products, tools, and resources that support experimentation, optimize customer experiences, and unlock new opportunities in the pet health space.

🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, ideally within e-commerce, subscription-based, or customer-centric businesses
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Proven ability to lead investigative data work
• Skilled in wireframing and prototyping data visualization solutions
• Hands-on experience with Python or R, and fluency in visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, or Heap
• Strong ownership mindset
• Bonus: Experience with modern data stack tools such as DBT, Snowflake, and Mozart
• Bonus: Familiarity with marketing analytics and customer data platforms like Segment, Mixpanel, and related attribution tools
