Together we can preserve neighborhood flavor, one restaurant at a time. • As our Senior Data Analyst, you will work on our core products and business functions to help shape the future of what we build and how we provide service at ChowNow. • You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key opportunities, design robust analytical solutions, and deliver impactful insights that inform high-stakes decisions across the organization. • The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen and technical analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic narratives that influence direction and outcomes. • In this role, you’ll go beyond surface-level reporting to uncover root causes, identify trends, and build predictive models that help shape the future of our products. • You’ll be expected to extract and manipulate data using SQL, build scalable dashboards in BI tools like Looker or Tableau, and perform advanced analysis using Python, R, or similar tools. • You will consistently deliver compelling presentations and executive summaries that guide operational and strategic planning. • As an advisor to key stakeholders, you will develop and maintain key reporting, translate analytical findings into clear and compelling insights, and present to non-technical audiences. 🎯 Requirements Have a minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in a Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting or Finance role. • Posses Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Are highly proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Power BI etc) • Have strong ethics and high integrity while maintaining a sense of confidentiality. • Are familiar with business operations, KPI's, and data storytelling and possess superb problem-solving aptitude while maintaining attention to detail • Have experience working cross functionally, especially with Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. • Are able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment. • Are a self-starter, with a bias, towards action ownership, and delivering value 🏖️ Benefits Expected Base Salary Range: $141,312 - $183,750 depending on candidate location • Ongoing training and growth opportunities. • A "Best Place to Work" winner multiple times where we focus on creating a great employee experience. • Rock solid medical, dental, and vision plans. • Mental Health Coverage - we offer several programs to support your mental health and wellness goals. • Unlimited Paid Vacation.
