📋 Description
• We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a MEV Powered Liquid Staking platform.
• They are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of blockchain innovation.
• Build and refine robust backend services for DeFi applications, focusing on performance optimization, security, and growth potential.
• Work closely with frontend developers and smart contract specialists to integrate backend systems seamlessly with blockchain infrastructure.
• Design APIs that ensure secure and efficient interactions between user interfaces, smart contracts, and external services.
• Enhance data management processes, ensuring fast, reliable storage and retrieval in a demanding DeFi ecosystem.
• Contribute to code reviews, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
• Keep pace with emerging trends and techniques in blockchain and DeFi backend development.

🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of backend engineering experience, including 2+ years working on blockchain-integrated systems.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining high-performance backend frameworks and APIs in Golang.
• Strong ability to optimize relational databases (such as PostgreSQL) for speed, integrity, and scalability.
• Comfort with rapid development cycles and a proven record of deploying production-ready code regularly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively in a team setting.
• Experience driving technical projects from inception to completion with full accountability.
• Hands-on experience rolling out liquid staking solutions in a live environment.
• Background in operating validators on EVM-based networks.
• Advanced familiarity with Ethereum’s consensus and execution layers.
• Thorough understanding of DeFi primitives and their interconnections.
