You will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping configure and deliver tailored implementations across banking, wealth management, and enterprise clients.This is a cross-functional role that blends technical expertise, project management, and customer success – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Customer EngagementLead customer onboarding and configuration projects for Engageware’s Appointment SchedulerTranslate business requirements into technical and functional designsDrive customer satisfaction by proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and expectationsConduct solution overviews and demos using real customer data (MVPs)Provide project status updates and coordinate issue resolutionTechnical Configuration & IntegrationCustomize solutions using Appointment Scheduler’s administrative interface and tools such as HTML, XML/XSL, JavaScript, Python, SQLMap and import client data into Appointment Scheduler using CSV or XML filesConfigure integrations with systems like Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, Salesforce, SSO, and conferencing toolsWork with REST/SOAP APIs for advanced configuration and integrationsTraining, Support & DocumentationDeliver training for users, admins, and stakeholdersTroubleshoot business and technical issuesShare client insights and feedback with Product and Engineering teamsContribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updatesHelp customers implement best practices based on Engageware’s deep experience as a leader in the appointment scheduling spaceRequired Qualifications10+ years implementing enterprise applications in a technical or consulting capacityStrong technical aptitude with experience in system integrations and APIsPost-secondary degree in a technical fieldExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsExperience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or WrikeAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsSaaS experience, especially with scheduling, workflow, or calendar productsFinancial services industry experienceSalesforce admin certification or equivalent experienceFluent in both English and Spanish
