Location: Remote from Latin America (preferred)
Working hours: Full-time (if not LATAM, a minimum 4-6 hours daily aligned with mornings during Eastern Standard Time mornings.)

We’re seeking a Senior Android Developer with experience with WebRTC and CPaaS integration experience. You’ll design and implement a production-ready mobile video communication platform using native WebRTC or 3rd Party Communication SDKs like Agora, Daily, LiveKit or Twilio, Zoom Video SDK.

Fluent English is a must! B2+ or above is required. PLEASE do not apply if you have only Intermediate English. 

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced real-time communication applications for Android (Kotlin/Java)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Implement and maintain WebRTC integrations for video/audio communication.
Optimize mobile performance and resolve bugs
Stay up to date with the latest mobile and real-time technologies to improve development efficiency and app quality.


Technical Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in mobile development with deep expertise in Android (Kotlin/Java) 
Hands-on experience with WebRTC or integrating with 3rd Party Communication SDKs like Agora, Daily, LiveKit or Twilio, Zoom Video SDK.
Strong understanding of mobile clean architecture and design patterns.
AWS or cloud infrastructure experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)


General Qualifications

Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken.
Excellent communication: proactive, professional, and respectful.
A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
Ability to work remotely with headset/camera equipment, responsive during working hours, a quiet place to work and reliable internet connection
