📋 Description
• Building, training and deploying GenAI molecular design models that drive significant impact to the organization.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business needs/strategic rationale then conceptualize/prioritize AI solutions.
• Oversee data acquisition, preprocessing, and exploration to ensure the availability of high-quality fit-for-AI purpose data.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Data Scientists within the team.

🎯 Requirements
• PhD in Computational Biology, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Applied Math, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of industry experience in data science, AI, Bioinformatics, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in prototyping, building, and deploying AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python programming and machine learning frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with molecular design and/working within the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology industries.
• Familiarity with Danaher operating companies and their focus areas.
• Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
