📋 Description
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain complex business, accounting, and management information systems.
• Work with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives.
• Work with the business analyst, application architect, and customer to transform business requirements into a technical solution.
• Perform modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures.
• Assist users in the operation of the application.
• Work on high-visibility programs, or mission critical aspects of assigned program(s).
• Oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or is responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• Research, design, develop, test, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.
• Analyze user/business software system requirements and determine needs.
• Determine the functionality of an application and perform upgrades over time.
• Maintain documentation to support software development policies, standards, and procedures.

🎯 Requirements
• A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working with .NET technologies.
• Expertise in implementing design patterns such as MVC and MVP.
• A good understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, including Single Page Application (SPA) design.
• Excellent working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core.
• Excellent working knowledge of web formats and scripting languages such as JSON, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications platforms such as Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure PaaS is a plus.
• Experience with web services and REST APIs.
• Experience with T-SQL and basic DDL interactions with SQL Server.
• Experience using JavaScript-based UI frameworks such as AngularJS.
• Experience writing and support complex applications including features such as document upload/storage, workflow management, automatic notifications, and dynamic user roles.
• Experience working in the Agile software development methodology.
• UI/UX design experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
• Be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks.
• Must be a US Citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card).
• Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
