Job Description: About the RoleThe Salesforce Data Cloud Technical Lead will play an integral leadership role in the high satisfaction of A360’s clients through the design & delivery of scalable, high quality complex solutions for and with our clients. The Technical Lead responsible for owning the overall design of the technical application, Solution Reviews, Deployments as well as recommending best practice solutions based on client business needs and leads teams of developers on projects and internally as a manager. This role demands rigorous knowledge of CDP architecture and use cases, cost-conscious solution design, and leadership experience in guiding a development team. The buck stops with you.You will work closely with all team members, including project managers, solution architects and developers as well as client product owners, subject matter experts, technology resources and executives. You possess a passion for problem-solving, details and analysis to help teams and clients succeed.About youService-oriented and innately driven to deliver complex and scalable solutions tied to business outcomesMethodology-driven approach with an emphasis on enterprise-quality solutions demonstrated in thought leadership, thoroughness, documentation and communication styleHas a beginner’s mindset - enjoys discovering, learning about and implementing new technologies and solutionsDetail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skillsNaturally inclined to mentor peers and team membersAnalytical and prone to logically and methodically work through problemsPossess a sense of urgency with strong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to develop relationships with new people in a professional environment and a desire to proactively contribute to, and enhance, team outputsPrimary ResponsibilitiesParticipate in and sometimes lead client discovery & refinement sessions to understand the project scope, especially for deep, technical conversationsDrive all phases of project implementation including discovery, impact analysis, solution design, development, deployment and post go live supportDocument and present solution artifacts such as architecture diagrams, data models, data flows, consumption estimates, cutover planning, etc. that can be executed by developersIdentify and communicate dependencies, risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholdersHire and mentor and lead a global team of developersDemonstrate technical thought leadership both internally and externally - developing learning & development roadmaps for team members and forward-looking POVs for customersContinuously define, articulate and drive best practices, standard processes for solutions and emerging concepts to our internal team members to ensure success across all A360 projectsIdentify and lead internal critical initiatives to grow our technology practiceSupport sales with scoping and estimationSupport marketing with thought leadership content and partnership buildingRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in a relationship based, customer facing role as a technical lead or architectExpertise in complex data flow architectureMinimum 2 years experience in a consulting environmentMinimum 4 years experience implementing marketing automation solutions including CDPs for enterprise customersMinimum 2 years Experience with agile project methodology including the basics of backlog management, user story definition and components, acceptance criteria and sprint planningSalesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant or other related certifications are a plus Thorough understanding of the CDP upstream and downstream ecosystemWorking understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle and understand SDLC/ Waterfall and Agile concepts Familiarity with cloud based, enterprise level packaged applicationsAbility to meet travel requirements, when applicable (potential for up to 20% travel)Able to work US Eastern Standard Time Hours
