📋 Description
• About GBI LLC GBI LLC is an innovative company focused on delivering high-quality consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
• We are seeking an experienced, hands-on React Native and React JS Developer to design, develop and roll out mobile applications as well as web applications.
• Key Responsibilities Hands-on development of web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of front-end developers.
• Implement and optimize direct-to-client platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into high-performing consumer applications.
• Utilize A/B testing tools such as VWO and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to optimize user experience.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Work with offshore teams to ensure smooth execution across different time zones.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews and lead technical discussions.

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native and React.js (must be actively coding).
• Experience leading a front-end team is highly preferrable.
• Strong experience implementing direct-to-client platforms.
• Proficiency in VWO and GTM for A/B testing and user analytics.
• Experience working with offshore teams in a remote-first environment.
• Proficiency with both Android system, Xcode and the Mobile app development ecosystem.
• Experience using XCode and Android Studio’s built-in profiling tools for debugging, performance optimization, and crash analysis.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end development best practices.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering great user experiences.
