We’re building modern financialtools that are mobile-first, fast, and accessible — and we ship with urgency.Position OverviewWe’re looking for a React Native Developer who thrives in fast-paced environments and knowshow to get real-world products out the door. You’ll join a focused, collaborative team where yourwork goes live quickly — no micromanagement, just impact.The ideal candidate has published apps to both iOS and Android stores using Expo, and has strongproduct instincts. Bonus points if you’ve used tools like Cursor and MCP servers to translateFigma designs into mobile UIs quickly. Spanish proficiency is preferred due to our customer base.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain mobile features using React Native and Expo workflow (managed or custom dev client).Ship production-ready builds to the App Store and Google Play Store.Integrate RESTful APIs into the mobile product effectively.(Ideally) Use Cursor.com and MCP servers to quickly translate Figma designs into working UI.Apply understanding of React Native’s new architecture (Fabric, TurboModules, JSI) when appropriate.Contribute to shared codebases where React for web is also in use.Collaborate with the Architect and product team to meet feature deadlines and quality standards.Required Profile4+ years of professional experience in React Native development.Successfully shipped apps to both the App Store and Google Play using Expo.Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React (web and native).Experience working independently or as part of a small, agile engineering team.Confident integrating APIs and debugging across platforms.Comfortable working with minimal hand-holding and iterating quickly.Spanish language proficiency is preferred. Familiarity with Cursor.com and MCP server pipelines for fast UI development from Figma. (preferred)Experience with Firebase, Bitrise, or other mobile deployment tools. (preferred)Background in fintech or products targeting Spanish-speaking users. (preferred)Exposure to React Native’s new architecture. (preferred)Physical DemandsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
