We’re searching for a skilled QA Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality SaaS experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping product quality across our platform — validating releases, triaging complex customer-reported issues, and introducing automation that enables our teams to ship with confidence.If you thrive at the intersection of product, engineering, and support — and love catching the tiniest product imperfections before they reach customers — we want to meet youWhat You’ll DoCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to build proactive test plans for new featuresExecute manual testing to ensure functionality, usability, and performanceTriage Tier 3 escalations — reproducing, documenting, and prioritizing issuesValidate bugs and fixes post-release to prevent regressionsPartner with Customer Support + Customer Success before features ship to ensure readinessContribute in sprint ceremonies and product lifecycle discussionsRecommend new QA tooling, best practices, and automation opportunities(Bonus!)
