Join us in bringing AI to construction!The RoleWe are seeking an Analytics Program Manager to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will embed with our customers — leading general contractors and owner’s reps — to integrate Doxel’s AI-captured progress data with customer project data. You will build reporting engines and automate executive-ready dashboards and reporting that drive transparency and decision-making for the most complex construction projects in the world.You will combine deep field experience with strong data engineering skills to design and deploy solutions that scale across jobsites. You’ll travel to customer offices and trailers, collaborate closely with project teams, and deliver value from day one.What You’ll DoPartner closely with customer teams to understand reporting and analytics needsCombine Doxel data with customer data (schedule, cost, WBS, commissioning trackers) to create integrated, automated reporting solutionsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting engines in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Slides/DocsCreate technical proposals for internal and external customersDevelop data pipelines using SQL, Python, or Javascript to automate data flow and reduce manual effortPresent polished, executive-ready reporting and/or dashboards to construction and owner leadershipStandardize and scale successful deployments across multiple customer projectsCreate internal proposals for procurement of additional technology tools or infrastructure required to successfully deliver customer solutions What You Bring to the Team2+ years of experience in construction management, project controls, construction tech implementation, or consultingYou lead from the front with a fanatical focus on delivering customer valueStrong history creating automated executive presentations from concept to production readyDeep understanding of large commercial construction workflows, schedules (P6), and earned value analysis, etcProficient in SQL, Python, or Javascript, and data wranglingStrong demonstrated experience with Google Apps ScriptExperience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and reporting automationComfortable working with APIs and integrating disparate data sourcesStrong client-facing skills; experience collaborating with senior construction executivesHighly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferredExperience in data center, healthcare, or industrial construction projectsPrevious professional services or consulting experienceFamiliarity with construction management systems (Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Build)
