📋 Description
• Lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their professional growth and productivity.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
• Drive a culture of continuous delivery, ensuring that software is delivered to production on a daily basis.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges related to distributed systems and SaaS operations, employing a proactive and innovative approach.
• Implement and enforce robust testing and quality assurance processes to maintain the reliability and scalability of software systems.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of applications, ensuring they meet SLAs and user expectations.

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and tech stacks, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures.
• Advanced skills with front-end architectures and cross-platform or native mobile development experience.
• Experience in building and operating distributed systems and SaaS applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
