Job Description: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A START-UP ENVIRONMENT!
 Remote nationwide but must be able to work EST hours
 4-5+ years of experience working with A.I/Machine Learning, Seed Investing (beginning stages for startup), Alternative Data, Statistics, Data Science
 No Directors or VPs of Product from banks, must have specific start up (seed investing) experience.

The RoleWe're hiring our first dedicated Product Manager to help drive new development in our internal proprietary hedge fund platform. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to accelerate new feature development. You'll be responsible for generating product requirements, benchmarking new functionality, usability analysis, and ensuring successful product launches. This position reports directly to the leadership team and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product.
What You'll Do

 Define product requirements and work with engineering to develop implementation plans
 Develop detailed functional specs, user stories, and visual mock-ups for stakeholder review
 Own product roadmap while prioritizing new ML features and UX enhancements based on overall impact and business goals
 Communicate and present ideas, insights, and updates to senior leadership. Define, measure, and monitor KPIs to ensure your product delivers demonstrable business outcomes.
 Meet with our investment analysts to gather pain points and usability data
 Stay current with industry trends, dev tools, and competitive landscape in AI/ML

What We're Looking For

 At least 2yrs of product management experience and prior experience working in hedge fund or IB analyst/quant research roles
 BS/MS degree in CS, Math, Physics, Finance, Statistics or related (or equivalent experience)
 Experience working with software teams in an agile environment
 Excellent understanding of web platform development, from UI to databases to cloud
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language
 Data-driven decision-making approach with strong analytical skills
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience with financial modeling tools, ie. Bloomberg, Factset, or similar
 Background in data science, machine learning, or software engineering
 Experience with product discovery techniques and UX research methods
 Your toolkit may include: Figma, JIRA/Asana, Linear, Notion, Git, Amplitude or similar
 Our stack includes: Java, Python, React, Postgres + vector Db’s
