Answer questions, and perform investigations for customers, sales, service, QA and others as needed. β€’ Manages product documentation and documentation systems. β€’ Ensures maintenance of all required product certifications as assigned. Orders and schedules product testing. Orders test units and supervises testing. β€’ Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new and emerging trends in fenestration industry. 🎯 Requirements β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material and Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related science field β€’ Some experience in product data management, development, engineering, Quality Assurance, or other technical function working with product and/or manufacturing specifications is preferred. β€’ Ability to manage engineering documentation and present technical information. β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects using excellent project management skills. β€’ Ability to communicate across multiple business functions and levels. β€’ Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must. β€’ Knowledge of various CAD software and Smartsheet is a plus. β€’ Knowledge of fenestration products and building codes a plus. β€’ Flexibility for a mix of remote and onsite work schedules. β€’ Position requires travel (<25%). πŸ–οΈ Benefits β€’ All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
