Candidates in higher cost-of-living areas or with exceptional expertise may fall above this range. Position Overview The Mobile App Developer (Flutter & React Native) will play a pivotal role in transforming Ivim Health’s mobile experience, maintaining our current Flutter application while contributing directly to its future in React Native. This is a hands-on engineering role for a developer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and excels at building smooth, delightful mobile experiences. You’ll operate as a full-stack mobile engineer across both ecosystems, supporting feature development, improving app performance, and building new React Native modules that will gradually replace existing Flutter implementations. In the near term, you’ll integrate React Native features into the Flutter app using web views, native bridges, and hybrid patterns; long-term, you’ll help drive a phased migration toward a fully React Native codebase. This role will maintain our existing Flutter application while building React Native components that will be embedded via hybrid patterns and eventually replace Flutter code. You will also collaborate with backend and web teams to ensure feature parity and maintain a consistent experience across all platforms. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable shipping production-ready code in both frameworks.
