📋 Description
• Work alongside developers, QA testers, and product owners on an agile team to deliver a highly stable, quality software product
• Participate in all aspects of the DrChrono software development lifecycle: requirements, estimation, development, automated unit testing, deployment, documentation, demos
• Mentor and pair with other developers; conduct code reviews and developer mentoring
• Spend majority of time coding, testing, and deploying software (approx. 70%)
• Contribute to requirement estimation, spikes, meetings, presentations, and demos

🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years' experience writing production backend code in Python and Django
• 5+ years' experience doing front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
• 3+ years' experience with React and Typescript
• 5+ years of experience with Test Automation, Mocking, Stubs, etc
• Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or other)
• Demonstrates expertise in algorithms, refactoring and engineering best practices (DRY, SOLID, etc)
• Proficiency with Git
• Propensity to overcome challenges and solve “hard” problems
• Internal drive for continuous improvement (knowledge, standards, best practices)
• Desire to coach and mentor less experienced team members
• Experience conducting code reviews
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust communication to fit the audience
• Relentless desire to deliver, say what you’ll do and do what you say
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science is preferred or equivalent experience
