📋 Description
• We're looking for a Lead Backend Software Engineer with deep expertise in server-side development
• This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs
• Mentoring team members and contributing to architectural decisions
• Work closely with Product, Data Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure rapid, predictable and stable software delivery
• Lead the design and development of scalable services and APIs using modern technologies
• Strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and robust architecture
• Key role in shaping backend infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers

🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership, senior, or lead engineer role
• 3+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core
• 3+ years of experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases (preferably SQL Server)
• Experience with caching strategies (Redis, Memcached)
• Knowledge of backend security best practices (authentication, authorization, OWASP)
• Solid understanding of unit testing
• AWS and deploying cloud-based applications
• Experience using Source Control (Git and GitFlow)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
