•Lead full-stack development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
•Architect, design, and implement secure, scalable, and cloud-ready solutions using industry best practices.
•Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior developers, conducting code reviews and setting coding standards.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, DevOps engineers, QA testers, and business stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
•7+ years of professional software development experience
•Proficiency in:
•Oracle APEX
•Java & Spring Boot
•Angular (latest versions)
•Drools Rules Engine (workflow and decision management)
•Hands-on experience developing secure applications in regulated environments (e.g., federal government, healthcare).
•Strong understanding of cloud-native design principles, RESTful API development, and microservices architecture.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving issues.
